MDCHCA's primary objective in collecting user information is to provide the best member and customer service possible. User–specific information that is provided by the user is normally incorporated into MDCHCA's general member and contacts database. MDCHCA uses information in the database, and shares some of this information with third–party service providers, for the purpose of executing some of users-requested services and registrations. MDCHCA occasionally shares some collected information with member and nonmember individuals, such as when we provide attendees of an MDCHCA event with a registrants list containing contact information. MDCHCA generally does not sell or trade collected information to third parties specifically for commercial use.

We will only pass on information about you or your business to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you. One of the main goals of the Association is to connect people and to grow our members’ businesses. Therefore, all credit card transactions are processed through Paypal or First Citizen Bank. MDCHCA do not have access to Users’ credit card information, nor store any credit card information.
