Use of Collected Information
MDCHCA's primary objective in collecting user information is to provide the best member and customer service possible. User–specific information that is provided by the user is normally incorporated into MDCHCA's general member and contacts database. MDCHCA uses information in the database, and shares some of this information with third–party service providers, for the purpose of executing some of users-requested services and registrations. MDCHCA occasionally shares some collected information with member and nonmember individuals, such as when we provide attendees of an MDCHCA event with a registrants list containing contact information. MDCHCA generally does not sell or trade collected information to third parties specifically for commercial use.
Who we disclose it to
We will only pass on information about you or your business to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you. One of the main goals of the Association is to connect people and to grow our members’ businesses. With your prior consent, we will pass your contact details to third parties who can be interested in your services or to those who may be a good fit to help you grow your business.
