b. H2Design Build
We are happy to welcome a visionary thinker and leader in the design/build community of Washington DC, Mr. Harvey Yancey and his company H2Designbuild to our membership and our network. He has already made an impact w/us and we look forward to increasing collaboration. Here is a synopsis of who he is and what his company does:

H2DesignBuild is a full-service design/construction firm based in Washington DC.

Our design team creates clean, modern spaces with an emphasis on openness, light, and thoughtful layout.

Our construction group insists on the highest standards in construction, using top quality finishes and materials.

The results are homes that are consistently lauded for their exceptional design, warm livability and quality of construction.

We partner with individual homeowners to create homes that make longstanding dreams come true; with investors to renovate and build single-family houses, row houses and condominium buildings that are broadly appealing to the discerning buyer; and with local business owners to help them improve their space to enhance their customers’ experiences and optimize their market position.
