Gilbane
Prince George’s Stadium Improvements – Bowie, MD - Package 3
Includes construction of the new stacked Home Clubhouse and Batting Arena Complex, renovations of the existing Home Clubhouse into the new Visitor Clubhouse, relocation of bullpens off field into 1st and 3rd base berms, dugout renovations, parking modification, IT and AV upgrades in order to satisfy PDL (Player Development League) requirements.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the SmartBid Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
