MDCHCA has created the Bi-lingual Construction Management Certificate program to support D.C. Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) with the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) designation and other companies who do business in the District of Columbia. Our purpose is to prepare our small business enterprises for greater, more complex, growth-based opportunities in the construction industry.
